Homebuilding has been part of my life for nearly thirty years. Early on, Jason and I had a residential building business in Tampa. I ran the admin side. Budgets, timelines, all the behind-the-scenes work that gets a home ready to close.

Alongside that, photography taught me to notice light, space, and the details that make a house feel like home.

Today, I bring that mix to every client. I care about the feel of a place and the practical stuff: costs, tradeoffs, timelines, so nothing sneaks up on you.

My favorite part is getting to know you, what you love, how you live, and what you’re hoping comes next.
